A Gentle Reset for Your Nervous System
Chronic illness changes everything, from your energy, your capacity, your stress responses, and your sense of safety in your body. And when your system has been overwhelmed for too long, “just relaxing” isn’t something you can think your way into.
That’s why this 3-part series was created.
Regulation & Reclamation is a soft, experiential space designed to help you reconnect with your body, unwind protective patterns, and slowly shift toward steadiness, rest, and inner safety.
Hosted through the Lyme Resilience Collective, this series supports individuals navigating chronic illness, chronic stress, pain, fatigue, or nervous system overactivation.
Together, we’ll gently work with the body’s innate intelligence, not against it, so you can experience more spaciousness, calm, and presence.
Each class provides grounded, trauma informed regulation tools that can be integrated into your daily life. In the class you’ll explore:
- Body presencing and resourcing
- Gentle breathwork
- Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
- Vagus nerve toning exercises
and more…
Each session will help you leave feeling settled, supported, and more connected to yourself.
No prior experience is required, just an open mind and a willingness to slow down.
