Your Path to Relief, Resilience, and Renewal
You’ve tried the treatments, you’ve done the research, and you’ve faced the frustration of not getting the results you deserve. Our services are different because they’re created by someone who’s walked your path and found what truly works. Through the Lyme Resilience Accelerator Method, we offer personalized, holistic support that addresses the mental, emotional, and social impact of chronic illness, guiding you toward lasting transformation.
Your healing deserves more than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Mini One-on-One
Sometimes you just need a quick, focused conversation to gain clarity or address a pressing challenge. Mini One-on-One are designed to give you direct, actionable advice on a specific issue related to your health, environment, or next steps in your healing journey.
Whether it’s figuring out what testing you need, troubleshooting a wellness habit, or getting quick tips for nervous system regulation, you’ll get a concentrated dose of support without the commitment of ongoing sessions.
Monthly Lyme Resilience Collective Meetup
Healing can feel lonely, but it doesn’t have to be. Our monthly meetups are a safe space to connect with others who understand the ups and downs of chronic illness, share experiences, and find encouragement within the community.
Each gathering includes guided discussions, emotional support, and a nervous system regulation exercise so you leave feeling calmer, more connected, and reminded that you are not alone. This is a free offering for anyone in our community.
Brainspotting Therapy
Sometimes talking about what you’ve been through isn’t enough, especially when the impact lives deep in your nervous system. Brainspotting is a powerful, brain-body healing method that helps you process emotional and physical burdens at their root, creating lasting relief and resilience.
In our sessions, I’ll guide you through a safe and supportive process using your visual field, somatic awareness, and gentle techniques to help your brain release what’s been holding you back. It’s effective, deeply calming, and tailored to your unique healing journey.
Wellness Consulting
Healing isn’t just about one aspect of your life, it’s about creating a balanced, sustainable lifestyle that supports your body, mind, and spirit. In Wellness Consulting, we’ll look at where you are now, where you want to be, and create a plan that’s realistic, actionable, and aligned with your values.
We’ll focus on your goals, daily habits, and mindset while weaving in tools for self-advocacy, healthy routines, and emotional resilience. You’ll walk away feeling empowered, clear, and supported with the next steps for your journey.
Brainspotting Consultation
As a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner and official Brainspotting Consultant, I support therapists who are at least Phase 1 trained by providing individualized consultation to deepen their skill, confidence, and attunement with the Brainspotting process.
Brainspotting Consultation includes case exploration, refinement of technique, integration of personal style, and guidance through the certification process. A minimum of six consultation sessions are required to become a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner, and it’s important to find a consultant who aligns with your goals and learning style.
Nervous System Regulation Reset Program

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to live locally to work with you?
No, all of my services are available virtually, so you can work with me (or one of our providers) from the comfort of your own home, no matter where you’re located.
What if I don’t have a formal Lyme or mold diagnosis?
You don’t need an official diagnosis to benefit from our services. If you’re living with chronic symptoms, feeling dismissed by the medical system, or struggling with the emotional toll of illness, we can still help you find support, relief, and tools for resilience
I’ve tried so many things before. How is this different?
I combine lived experience as a chronic illness warrior with professional expertise in Brainspotting, nervous system regulation, and wellness coaching. My Lyme Resilience Accelerator Method works on the emotional, physical, and nervous system levels, addressing root issues that many other approaches overlook.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of Brainspotting sessions needed to notice significant changes can vary depending on each person’s history, goals, and how deeply they’re able to engage in the process.
While everyone’s healing journey is unique, many people start to notice shifts within 3–5 sessions, and progress often continues between sessions as we work on integration.
How frequent do I have do book sessions?
Session frequency looks different for each person and depends on factors like your financial considerations, and scheduling needs. Some clients see me weekly, the majority meet with me bi-weekly, and some meet once every three weeks due to intense medical treatments or other commitments. I always tailor the frequency of sessions to fit your goals, capacity, and overall healing journey.
Is Brainspotting safe?
Yes, Brainspotting is a gentle, trauma-informed method that works at your pace. You’re in control of the process, and my role is to guide and support you through it in a safe, compassionate way.
What if I’m not ready to commit to a full program?
That’s okay, you can start small. Our Mini Consultations are a great way to get targeted support without a long-term commitment, and our monthly meetups are free to join so you can connect with the community before diving deeper.
